    "What's best" always seems to come down to personal taste, which is why we offer a broad variety of coffees. Once we listen to your needs we would be more than pleased to make recommendations for your consideration to help you decide what’s best for you.

  3. Does Barclay & Todd’s charge for equipment repairs and maintenance?

    When we provide you with our equipment, all costs of repairs and maintenance are included in your coffee purchase price. There are no additional charges. However, if you have your own equipment and are a regular purchaser of Barclay & Todd’s coffees, we’ll provide you with service labour at no charge. You’ll only pay for the parts to complete the repairs. If you own your equipment and do not purchase our coffee we’ll be happy to provide you with service at competitive parts and labour prices.

  5. My current supplier charges me for coffee filters, do you?

    Barclay & Todd’s coffee customers receive coffee filters at no charge.

  7. Where does Barclay & Todd’s deliver, and is there a minimum order for delivery?

    Barclay & Todd’s service area encompasses Ontario's Golden Horseshoe – from Fort Erie to Mississauga. We also have an exclusive distributor agent in Owen Sound servicing the Blue Water area. Minimum order requirements? None, provided that your orders are delivered when our delivery vehicles are scheduled to be in your area.

  9. In my restaurant, why should I purchase coffee from Barclay & Todd's and not from my regular foodservice wholesale grocery supplier?

    Unlike larger foodservice suppliers, Barclay & Todd's specifically specializes in coffee, tea and allied products; and in the hot beverage category alone Barclay & Todd’s product offerings far exceed those of our competitor's. We’ll also be there to help you arrive at the right products to best suit your restaurant, including offering our advice as to the equipment that will provide you the greatest efficiency.   11. How do I order from Barclay & Todd's?

    Once assigned to our customer list you will be contacted on a regular call basis by our courteous order desk support staff, reminding you of your need to order so that you never run out of supplies. However, if you prefer we’ll leave “those friendly reminders” in your hands. Just call whenever you find it convenient by using our toll-free line, or by fax or e-mail.
